We want you to love every bite of your chocolate, but since our products are perishable and handcrafted in small batches, we have a few important policies to keep in mind

All Sales Are Final (Mostly)

Because our chocolate is perishable, all sales are final once your order has shipped. We can’t accept returns or exchanges on chocolate that's been out in the wild—thanks for understanding.

Melted Chocolate Disclaimer

If it’s expected to be 80°F or warmer anywhere along your package’s route, we strongly recommend choosing Insulated Shipping at checkout. That option includes cold packs and thermal protection, but even then, we can’t guarantee it won’t melt.

Once your order leaves our hands, it's in the care of the postal system, and unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or replacements for melted chocolate, even with insulation.

Damaged or Wrong Orders

If your order arrives damaged (beyond a little bump or scuff), or if we sent the wrong item, we want to make it right.

Please reach out within 3 days of delivery, include your order number, and snap a quick photo of the issue. We’ll review it and do our best to fix it quickly.

Cancellations

Changed your mind before we’ve shipped? No problem. Just contact us ASAP. If your order hasn’t gone out yet, we’re happy to cancel it and issue a full refund.
