Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every bite of our chocolate. Since everything is perishable and handcrafted in small batches, here are a few important policies to know:

All Sales Are Final (Mostly)
Because chocolate is perishable, all sales are final once your order has shipped. We can’t accept returns or exchanges on chocolate that’s been out in the wild — thanks for understanding.

Melted Chocolate Disclaimer


If it’s 80°F or warmer anywhere along your package’s route, we strongly recommend selecting Insulated Shipping at checkout. This adds cold packs and thermal protection, but even then, we can’t guarantee your chocolate won’t melt.

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the postal system. Sadly, we can’t issue refunds or replacements for melted chocolate, even with insulation.

Damaged or Wrong Orders
If your order arrives damaged (beyond a small scuff) or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Snap a quick photo of the issue

We’ll review it and do our best to fix things quickly.

Cancellations
Changed your mind before shipping? No problem. If your order hasn’t gone out yet, we’re happy to cancel it and issue a full refund.
